We respect your privacy. We designed Dashmio so you can play without registering, signing in, or providing personal information to the publisher.

1. We Do Not Collect Data from the App

As the publisher, we do not collect any personal information, app usage data, or gameplay statistics through Dashmio, either directly or through third parties.

For example, we do not collect names, email addresses, location data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or information about your gameplay activity.

The app has no user accounts and does not require you to sign in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools that send data from the app to us or third parties.

2. Camera and Motion Recognition

Dashmio uses your device’s camera to recognize body positions and movements, allowing you to control the game character.

Camera images and the data needed for motion recognition are processed entirely on your device, in real time. They are not saved as photos, videos, or motion recordings, and they are not transmitted to the publisher or third parties. They are not used to identify individuals.

The app accesses the camera only with your permission. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. Without camera access, motion-based game controls will not work.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The game may store settings and game progress on your device as needed for its functionality. This data is not sent to us, and we cannot access it.

You can remove locally stored data by clearing the app’s data or fully uninstalling the app, depending on your operating system.

4. Data Sharing and Retention

Because we do not collect any data from the app, we have no gameplay data to store on our servers, sell, share, or otherwise make available to third parties.

5. Children’s Privacy

The same privacy protections apply to all players, including children. The app does not require children to register or provide personal information, and it does not collect information about their use of the game.

When children use the game, camera images are processed exclusively on the device in the same way described above.

6. App Store and Google Play

This policy describes how the Dashmio app operates. The providers of the App Store, Google Play, and your operating system may independently process information related to app downloads, payments, or device diagnostics under their own privacy policies and according to your settings.

7. Contacting the Publisher

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We process this information only to handle your request and retain it for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry or meet legal obligations. This is separate from automatic data collection within the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the app’s functionality or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page together with its effective date.
